December22
I hate to post this, especially so late, but I have had to back out of today’s show at the Farmer’s Market. A couple mechanical failures of things like my car and washing machine have made it impossible for me to get there today.
There are still plenty of wonderful craftspeople who will be at the show, so head on out there! I made quite a few new things for the show, and will be posting them on my etsy sometime next week.
Happy holidays!

I just posted some pics of pieces I’m getting ready for the CRAFT show on Saturday.
Take a look! The gallery has a couple pieces created by my partner, Nat. There’s also one of Zeus with two scarves that recently left my care.
The rest of the week will be dyeing, dyeing, dyeing. It is lots of work, but it is very satisfying.

Well, this time of year certainly is big for craft fairs! There were a few openings at the CRAFT: a creative community @ the Farmer’s Market on the 22nd, and I have taken one.
So, look for me there from 10-4 Saturday, December 22. [directions] We will be inside the Interior Market, which houses the stores and restaurants. I think we will get some shopping done at Shreeji International Market that day, too.
I’m excited to have another fair this year, and will be making new items this weekend and next week. Hopefully, I’ll have a chance to stop and take pictures to post here before the show.

(Zeus shares his space with some new scarves.)
Hey everyone! Sorry it’s taken me a while to update after the show. I had lots of fun meeting fellow crafters and local craft enthusiasts. The crafting community here in Nashville is welcoming and open, and I am glad to be a part of it.
The pieces left over from my table at the show are now in my etsy shop. I can still get things to people by Christmas, and will even meet up with you to deliver something if you live in the area. I think I will be posting a few new items tonight, including some I didn’t have at the show (pics here).
I am also working on getting a workshop together for shibori, so shoot me an email if you want to sign up for it. If you gave me your email at the show, don’t worry. I have it and will email you when I have a place and date together.
Here are a few photos from the Rock Your Stocking Event. Thanks to Ray for taking this shot, and thanks to my friend Maria for taking the rest!
